Come with us on date night for the pasta masterclass at Eve in Virgin Hotels Edinburgh. You start with a welcome drink, then it's on to the pasta making, with all the ingredients prepared so you can mix and knead your own dough.

Next you fill and fold your own tortelloni with the chef on hand for tips. We had so much fun, though I did get a little competitive, and I think Rob probably won the battle of the tortelloni. Your pasta is cooked and served in a simple tomato sauce with a topping station so you can make it your own, and you take the dough home to enjoy later.
