Come with us to the Eden Mill distillery in Guardbridge, just outside St Andrews. I'm a huge fan of Eden Mill already and was so excited to visit their brand new distillery.
We started with the golf simulator, then enjoyed a tour including a visit to the stills with a sneak peek of the views across the Eden Estuary. The Gin Cocktail Masterclass began with a tasting of their three signature gins, the Original, Love and the Golf Gin, before we shook up a Clover Club and my favourite, the Coastal Bloom with Golf Gin, elderflower and cucumber. No trip is complete without the Lookout Bar. There's something for everyone, from whisky lovers to gin enthusiasts.
