If you're craving authentic Vietnamese flavours in Edinburgh, look no further than Little Hue.
We shared the fragrant beef and pork in betel leaf, the fiery but fresh papaya salad and the light summer rolls with the most delicious satay dipping sauce. For main I opted for the Huế signature dish Bún Bò Huế with raw beef, a flavourful broth and plenty of herbs, while Rob had the fun hot stone pho, where you cook your own noodles and beef at the table. I couldn't leave without trying the salt coffee, and it's a 10 out of 10. It's also BYOB.
