Is there anything better in summer than being by the water and enjoying delicious food and drink? We popped down to Scotts in Port Edgar Marina, South Queensferry.
It's not just the gorgeous views of the Forth Bridges, the food is also delicious. We started with stunning seafood from lobster to razor clams to scallops, before the main event, a grass-fed, dry aged beef rib cooked to absolute perfection. Dessert was all about the theatre with a melting chocolate dome and macaron tower. Stunning views, locally sourced food and great drinks.
