Evergreen does a Saturday afternoon boozy brunch in Edinburgh city centre where you pick two plates to go with your drinks, from house wine to selected beers and cocktails.
I absolutely loved the prawns, cooked perfectly and packed with flavour, while Rob really enjoyed the flat iron steak. On the side we went for the broccoli with feta and chilli and the chorizo and black pudding croquetas. They also have a great new cocktail menu, so it's an amazing Saturday afternoon option.
