One Square Bar & Brasserie at The Sheraton has a brand new all day dining menu, and I headed along on a wee mate date to check it out. We started with cocktails from their Four Corners of Scotland menu. I particularly enjoyed the Highland Heather.
I had the indulgent crab on brioche toast with a cucumber and dill salad, then the perfectly cooked salted cod on creamed corn with a harissa vegetable broth. My friend had the BBQ pork belly with sweetcorn relish and the satay chicken burger. A great menu with an excellent variety, perfect for all day dining.
