If you're craving truly authentic Persian cuisine in London, Rockni is an absolute gem. Family owned and deeply rooted in tradition, it feels like being invited into a friend's kitchen. Watching the traditional Persian bread being made fresh on the spot is one of the best touches.
We had Salad Olivieh, Mirza Ghasemi and Kashk o Badem, my favourite, then koobideh and joojeh with saffron rice and Zoolbia & Bamieh to finish. Tender meat, rich dips, generous portions and genuine hospitality.
