New name, same soul with a twist. We finally checked out Si Hombre! in Stoke Newington, the freshly rebranded spot formerly known as Black Pig with White Pearls, where Spanish classics meet Jamaican fire, inspired by the owner's Jamaican dad.
We had brown stew ibérico pork cheeks with arroz, soft shell crab tempura with scotch bonnet aioli, grilled jerk pork skewers and a jerk chicken thigh, finger licking good, with a rum punch. Bold flavours, playful fusion and a funky playlist.
