If you're into proper smashed burgers, Brim Burgers is one to add to your London burger list. We visited the Hammersmith branch, where everything is halal and the focus is on fresh grass fed beef, smashed for a perfect caramelised crust.
We tried the Meltdown, the Oklahoma onion smash, loaded tots with chicken, volcanic cheese bites and a Big & Juicy Sando, my favourite. Juicy, rich and excellent value.
