Tucked between Hackney Wick and Victoria Park, right by the canal, Carbobar is an easy, relaxed spot where you go for a drink and end up staying for the food. Chilled, almost pub like vibe, a big covered backyard, DJ sets on Thursdays and pet friendly.
We had the roast beef carpaccio, sourdough pizzas and a pappardelle with sausage ragù that was a standout, plus a coconut tiramisu that is properly loaded. Great for casual dinners by the canal.
