Best ramen in Antwerp? Hell yes! Riku Ramen is a hidden gem tucked right behind the Grote Markt, and after one visit already one of my fav Asian hotspots.
You can feel Chef Rik's passion in every detail: handmade noodles, deep and layered broths, and seasonal specials that give you a reason to return. The Tan Tan Ramen (€19,5), with a creamy, nutty broth, pork mince and spring onion, was my absolute favourite.
