I have a new hotspot for my meat lovers. Carbon is a new meat restaurant in Antwerp South inspired by a Texas-like experience, with grilled meats cooked over charcoal and slow-roasted dishes from the smoker.
The interior leans into it, with fire-like elements and intimate lighting, and there's a terrace too. The chicken wings and spare ribs from the sharing platter were the standouts, the ribeye (€41,50) melts in your mouth and the slow smoked lamb shoulder (€38) fell right off the bone.
