First time trying a Michelin star restaurant, and what an experience. An authentic Parisian bistro setting full of small details, from ringing the doorbell to enter to the classic service style. It really feels like stepping into the past.
Chef Rewers focuses on traditional cuisine, seasonal products and using every part of the animal. The côte de boeuf to share (€54 per person) and the fries were heavenly, the best I ever had. For two with wine and apéro expect around €175 per person, on the expensive side, but the experience really stood out.
