The best noodles in Antwerp's Chinatown? Bai-Wei is a staple tucked into Chinatown, known above all for its homemade handpulled noodles, and you can watch them pull the noodles fresh from the small open kitchen at the front.
The menu is traditional Chinese, with generous portions and full of flavour, and they'll happily send you home with a doggy bag. The handpulled noodles with duck and 10 spices (€15,5) were my favourite, and the fried dumplings had really fresh dough.
