Looking for the perfect first-date spot in Antwerp? Umami offers contemporary Asian cuisine in a dark-romantic setting, with dark wooden tables, lush tropical greenery and an open kitchen.
The dishes are mostly to share and influenced by cuisines from Japan to Thailand. I preferred the lighter Japanese-inspired ones, and the bluefin tuna ceviche with ponzu and wakame (€26) was my absolute favourite. Some dishes are on the pricier side, but it's a great place to celebrate something.
