Nettle is a rooftop restaurant in Covent Garden at The Conduit, serving farm-to-table dishes cooked over fire. It's one of London's newest openings, by farmer and chef Will Devlin.
From the carlin pea hummus with homemade bazlama to the charred octopus and those finger-licking lamb chops, there's a lot to love. But the Kentish strawberry tart with fermented fruits and meadowsweet custard was easily one of the highlights. I'm still thinking about it.
