Fire cooking done properly at Firebird. I first visited last year and the food is still just as good today.

The restaurant is centred around open-fire cooking, with dishes done over flames and charcoal for that smoky, slightly charred flavour. Everything was unique, full of flavour and really well executed, which makes it a great spot for sharing and trying a bit of everything.
