Shanghai Me at the London Hilton on Park Lane does a Chinese-Japanese brunch on Saturdays, with city views and a whole lot of food.
Expect sharing plates, from duck salad and crispy prawn toast to dumplings and a makizushi platter. The wagyu corn shells were a standout for me, and the yellowtail sushi was my favourite from the platter. For mains we had the beef tenderloin and chilli sauce prawns, and the milk cake at the end was so good.
