Chet's is a Thai-American restaurant tucked inside The Hoxton in Shepherd's Bush, mixing the bold flavours of Thailand with American diner classics.
The portions are a great size for sharing. The prawn toast and wings were the perfect starters, but the khao soi was the highlight for me, so full of flavour. The cocktails were fantastic too.
