Hutong at The Shard has a Dynasty Yum Cha Brunch where you can enjoy unlimited dim sum 33 floors up, with some pretty incredible views of London.
The poached chicken and black garlic spicy wontons, crispy prawn rolls and steamed cod dumplings were some of my favourites. The spicy fried rice was my pick of the sides, and the Hong Kong milk tea-ramisu made tableside was so creamy.
