CLAP in Knightsbridge knows how to do brunch, with Japanese sharing plates, cocktails and a DJ bringing the weekend vibes.
It starts with edamame, miso soup and chicken karaage, then a sushi selection where the tuna nigiri and tuna volcano maki were standouts. The mains really impressed me this time: the black cod was beautifully cooked and the grilled chicken was full of flavour. You finish with a dessert platter with their chocolate fondant, which never disappoints. I've been three times now, so they're clearly doing something right.
