London has a new prawn spot and you already know I had to try it. Prawn Crazy has opened its first London restaurant in Canary Wharf, bringing its Sri Lankan prawn concept straight from Sri Lanka.
My star dish was the colossal freshwater prawns in the hot butter style sauce, so delicate and juicy without overpowering the prawns. Paired with garlic fried rice, it was a winner. I also loved the devilled prawns for that little kick, and the fragrant prawn biriyani is worth trying.
