I'd be shellfish not to share this. We started with oysters, scallops and mussels in a Korean sauce, completely different from anything I expected and absolutely delicious. Then came the lobster linguine, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten, with a rich lobster bisque and beautifully fresh seafood.
For dessert, the chocolate cremo with cherry and pistachio ice cream was incredible, even for someone who isn't usually a pistachio fan. The setting, the wine and the staff were all exceptional, and Bistro Verde is genuinely one of my favourite places to eat in Aberdeen.
