How local can you actually make an Aberdeen bar? That's the idea behind 60 Mile Bar by Wild Goose. Wherever possible, they source what they serve from within a 60 mile radius of Aberdeen, putting producers from the North East front and centre.
There are going to be exceptions, Aberdeen isn't exactly famous for its vineyards, but if something can be sourced locally they look locally first, and that's the bit I love. It's on Union Terrace, overlooking Union Terrace Gardens.
