I've walked the length of Union Street looking for a lunch like this. Kaizen is quick, fresh and actually filling, and their lunch bowls are completely customisable so you can build them exactly how you want.
I went for a regular bowl packed with loads of different bits and added prawns on top, which were absolutely delicious. I love the meaning behind the name too, Kaizen is all about continuous improvement through small changes, starting with lunch.
