We popped along to Pala on Jane Street in Leith to try their Roman style pizza slices, and they were fab. There's a really diverse range of flavours and toppings.
My favourites were the potato, pecorino and sundried tomato pesto slice and the olive, artichoke and mushroom slice. The tiramisu is perfect too, pillowy, boozy and so light. A great way to try a different pizza style.
