Newly opened Bar Dani was top of my list on our recent trip to Glasgow. Wine by the glass, cocktails and small plates.
We grabbed a table at the counter and watched the dishes come together on the grill. We had gordal olives, gilda, sobrasada toast with guindilla pepper and hot honey, and a rosé txakoli. I must go back for a freezer martini and the bavette steak.
