We treated ourselves to a hearty Sunday lunch at The Taybank in Dunkeld, overlooking the river and soaking up the sunshine.
We had shorthorn dry-aged beef with horseradish chimichurri and beef fat hash browns, and a roast celeriac with fennel purée. Now I need all roasts to be served this way.
