We headed to Ondine, the restaurant at Seaton House in St Andrews, and were spoiled with a sunset view and a seafood feast.
We had crispy smoked salmon, roast Orkney diver scallops with bacon jam, Newhaven smoked salmon, deep fried North Sea cod and a monkfish chop. A gorgeous meal in a stunning setting, I couldn't recommend it more.
