We had a seriously delicious Sunday roast at Lennox in Edinburgh and I need to tell you about it.
We had treacle dry aged striploin, mac and cheese with nduja, pigs in blankets with maple, mustard and miso, oxtail ragù stuffed yorkies, garlic duck fat roast potatoes and bone marrow gravy, then a smoked banana custard tart. An absolute feast.
