I finally made it to a spot I've been wanting to try forever. Kirsty and I stopped in to Gloriosa on our Glasgow trip with high expectations, and we had the best time.

We had focaccia, tomato with ewes curd and lovage, spaghetti with fennel and pork ragu, mackerel with chickpeas and a meringue with poached pear. I couldn't fault a single dish, and the cocktails were perfect. An absolute must visit.
