We went for lunch in Conwy and I had one priority: bread. I'd had Trancio saved since they first opened, and it completely delivered. It's up the hill towards Conwy Castle, bright, airy, with little nods to Italy and local produce.
It's run by Billy, who grew up in northern Italy, which explains why the pizza and focaccia are done properly. We went for a mix, a pepperoni slice for me and focaccia for Nicky, and if you're looking for what to eat in Conwy, just get one of each. Heartland coffee, Wild Horse beer, and very dog friendly.
