I think I've found the best banana bread in Wales. Okay, I haven't tried every banana bread in Wales yet, but I take it seriously and if it's on the menu, I'm ordering it.
This one from Cracked Coffee in Mold was gorgeous: toasted banana bread with nut butter, mascarpone and maple syrup, for £6. It's a lovely independent, family-run café and coffee roastery on Mold High Street, and they roast their own coffee.
