Fishmongers used to be one in every town, and sadly they are thin on the ground these days, which makes the ones still going precious. One of the very best in North Wales is Menai Seafoods in Porth Penrhyn, just outside Bangor, where James Wilson sells some of the finest local fish and seafood around.
It's deservedly popular. This one took ages to film because of the constant stream of regulars lining up for the latest catch. Bring your biggest shopping bag.
