I think I've found my coffee, and I don't say that lightly because Wales is already stupidly good at coffee. Heartland Coffee in Llandudno is run by Tara and Mal, who started roasting in their London flat, packed up their kids and moved to North Wales, and now roast from their own place with a cute little café attached.
I first had their Landmark beans in Llanberis and have been thinking about them ever since. This is not an ad, just me being genuinely obsessed with what might be one of the best roasteries in Wales.
