If you're walking along Conwy Quay, stop by the Conwy Mussels shop for some of the freshest seafood you'll find in Gogledd Cymru. They're known for sustainably harvested wild mussels from the Conwy Estuary, served up with unbeatable sea views.
The mix of fresh water flowing from Eryri and salt water from the Irish Sea gives Conwy mussels their famously plump, meaty texture. On the day we visited they were offering seafood mixes, and you can also buy seafood to cook at home.
