Pitsa & Co is now open in Pwllheli. Alex and Erin have opened a cosy New York style pizza and fresh pasta restaurant on the Maes.
The pizza has a thick crust and a thin base, a great platform for seasonal, local and Italian ingredients. The pasta is made from scratch, and Alex dished up one of the tastiest carbonaras I've tasted. And yes, that's a tiramisu drawer, swapping cocoa powder for fresh chocolate shavings.
