Rate My Roast Part 55 is Brix in Bermondsey. It's all about smoke and fire, and you can taste the fire in the meats. The veg was a surprise too, especially the charred hispi cabbage and glazed carrots.
The gravy was thinner than I'd usually like but so meaty I didn't mind, and the Yorkies with pulled beef inside were banging. Don't skip the Daim cheesecake. Book the 2pm table for the live music. Rating: 8/10.
