The Bailiwick Freehouse is a little countryside gem in Surrey, right on the edge of Windsor Great Park next to Savill Garden. It's a gastropub with seasonal British produce front and centre, and the game meats come from the Great Park itself.
My venison Wellington was cooked beautifully, and I'm still thinking about the peach parfait. The doughnuts with homemade blackberry jam were special too. Cosy country pub atmosphere with a fine dining feel.
