Yakitori and sake brunch at Junsei, a listening bar in Marylebone. The brunch celebrates binchotan fired yakitori made with British produce, with six skewers, steamed rice and 90 minutes of free flowing sake.
The vibe is chilled, with a DJ spinning vinyl all afternoon, and you can watch your skewers being cooked right in front of you. My favourite was the tsukune, and pour the leftover dipping sauce into your rice bowl. Their donburi looked amazing too.
