Is Kawan by Uncle Roger worth the hype? It's a new Chinatown Pan-Asian spot with plenty of personality, bold flavours, playful twists and generous portions.

I'd recommend the glazed beef bites, Sarawak glazed pork, Chinatown fried rice and the Chinese Wellington. The fried rice and the Wellington were my faves, and the milo dumplings were interesting, I still don't have the words for them. Perfect for a group get together.
