Rate My Roast Part 53 is Salut in Islington, a gorgeous Sunday lunch in a relaxed setting with good wine. The beef and pork were exceptional, one of the best beefs of my roast rating journey so far, and more roasts need fillet steak.
The duck fat roast potatoes were well seasoned but not very crispy, and the Yorkshire puds were excellent. The ingredients come from local producers and you can watch the chefs in the open kitchen. Rating: 9/10.
