RoSa is a brand-new spot on Operaplein that brings together Andy Roasters for the coffee and Humm for fresh, plant-based sandwiches, salads and pastries. The warm retro interior with an industrial touch feels surprisingly relaxed.
I tried the Brian and the Flora sandwiches, and of course the creamy RoSa bun. Around 20€ per person.
