Colibri is a new coffee, breakfast and lunch spot on Paardenmarkt, inspired by the owners' grandmother's little holiday house by the sea. The interior gave me warm French bistro vibes and the terrace gets sun all day.
Think Turkish eggs, croque-monsieur, seasonal toasts and fresh pastries every day, from canelés to homemade cookies. About 21€ per person.
