FUNK is a plant-based bakery known for homemade pastries, sourdough and specialty coffee, and I really love the newest location in Berchem. It's bigger and calmer than the one in Antwerp South, with a great sunken seating area and room to work.
The baking team works from here, so the selection keeps changing. Around 20€ per person.
