Hidden inside the National Bank building, Spice Bank serves French-Mediterranean dishes with a simple but refined approach and a seasonal menu. I loved the open kitchen, and the sea bass, vitello tonnato and especially the asparagus were delicious.
The service is friendly and there's a lovely terrace. Around 60€ per person.
