Q.B. Gelato is back in Milan! After its first opening in the city years ago, Q.B. has returned with a brand-new spot in Isola, bringing its natural, artisanal approach back.
No industrial semi-finished products or ready-made bases, no artificial colours or preservatives. The pistachio and hazelnut pastes are homemade, and so are the sauces, fruit compotes and crunchy toppings, all made in their own laboratory with carefully selected ingredients.
