You found that cozy hotel in Amsterdam! I stayed at Hotel Mai and loved the vibe. It's tucked away near Chinatown and the train station, so super central but still quiet, the perfect combo, and everything is within walking distance, especially the canals.
I loved my spacious room with a canal view and bathroom, and the breakfast was such a nice, easy start to the day. They also offer bike rentals, which is perfect for exploring Amsterdam like a local.
