Chef Win, founder of Khao-Sō-i, has come to London with a new summer menu that is so tasty and authentic. Some of these dishes you can't even find in Bangkok, only in Chiang Mai and London.
My picks are the gaeng om moo at £7.50, the yum mamuang at £12 and the nue yang jim jaew at £16. The khao soi wagyu at £31 is the splurge.
