Don't make the same mistake as Naruto at Shugetsu. This is my favourite ramen spot in London, and tsukemen, dipping ramen, is still a new concept here. Some Google reviews say it's too salty, but you're not supposed to drink the soup. You control exactly how much broth you want per bite.
Cold noodles and a separate broth make it perfect for hot weather. My tsukemen with pork belly is still £16, and prices haven't gone up despite the cost-of-living crisis.
